A. You are not alone. Most marketing teams and newsletter editors suffer with scheduling and content issues caused by contributors. A portion of our Evaluation Report will help you solve these people-related issues.
Q. What if I'm not happy with the Evaluation Report?
A. We guarantee our work 100%. If you find that an Evaluation Report does not meet your expectations, we will either redo the report or refund your prepayment in full.
Q. What if I request an Evaluation Report, but decide later that we need a redesign and/or training?
A. The cost of the report will be credited to the cost of the redesign or training.
Q. How do I get started?
A. You may call us at 1-800-7RUDDLE (778-3353) or e-mail us to make arrangements. If you are ordering an Evaluation Report, simply mail or overnight one to four different samples of your marketing collateral or newsletter along with your prepayment to 31 N. Second St., Suite 321, San Jose, CA 95113 to get us started.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. For Evaluation Reports, we request prepayment in full. For the Redesign/Overhaul Program, we request a 25% deposit, with the remainder COD, or in 30 days with credit approval.
Q. Can I use a credit card?
A. Yes, Visa or Mastercard. Please call with the information. We are not setup for online processing.
